9:00 Chair Yoga and Centering Prayer

10:00 Break 10:15 The Gospel of John (excerpts from the movie showing the farewell discourse and the passion, death, and resurrection of Christ)

11:10 Centering Prayer

11:30 Adjourn

Come when you can. Stay as long as you can.
